Allow leftover items to pass through the Otherwise branch of a Buy X step

This would allow users to create discounts where, after checking for specific sets of items in a parent 'Buy X' step, the app would pass along the quantity of leftover items from each cart line to any 'Otherwise' children. This would enable more complex setups, where there is a priority to multiple Buy X steps in a single discount.

While implementing the Have a discount be triggered by a certain "Total" and not by a "Subtotal" feture, we had to make it possible for one cart line to be eligible for more than one "Apply discount" node.
This removes the limitation mentioned in my previous comment, so we're reopening this feature request.
However,
this is not a commitment to implement this feature
at this time, and there is No ETA
right now. Thanks for your understanding.Tobe Osakwe

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision not to implement this feature.
While attempting to implement this, I realized it would require a major overhaul of our app's discount calculation logic. Currently, in the app, one cart line can only be eligible for one "Apply discount" node. However, this feature would require making it possible for one cart line to be eligible for multiple discounts.
Although this is possible in theory, the sheer complexity of this change means that many potential bugs can arise. With our current workload of customer support, theme integrations, and other requests, we simply don't have the bandwidth for the extensive testing this feature would require.
Thank you for your understanding,
Tobe
