Apply Discount to Highest Priced Product in Cart (or Lowest)
planned
Chance Marine
Feature Overview:
Introduce a new discount condition allowing store owners to apply discounts specifically to the highest-priced (or lowest-priced) product in the customer's cart.
Details:
Condition Type: Similar to existing conditions such as "include/exclude products" or "minimum purchase requirements."
Functionality: When this condition is selected, the discount will automatically apply to the product with the highest price in the cart.

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday just around the corner, we’ve decided to pause most feature additions during this critical period. Only essential bug fixes will be deployed to ensure maximum stability. While we know this may feel like a delay, our top priority is ensuring a smooth experience for everyone during the busiest shopping season of the year.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Find the Lowest Priced Item in Cart

It would be great if the app could automatically apply discounts only to the lower-priced item when a customer adds multiple items to their cart. For example, if a customer adds an item priced at 1,000 ILS and then adds another priced at 500 ILS, the discount should apply to the second item.

Important question
for anyone who wants us to add this feature to our app:Do you want to be able to decide whether to apply the discount to the lowest/highest priced product based on conditions? For example, maybe you want to give specific customers a discount on the highest-priced product, while giving others a discount on the lowest. If so, you would need to set this setting on every "Apply discount" step in your discount logic.
Otherwise, we will make it a single setting that applies to your entire discount logic (like the "How to handle items already on sale" or Combinations" settings).
Currently, the plan is to do the first (you would need to set this setting on every "Apply discount" step in your discount logic).
If you'd like a say in the direction of our app, please reply to this comment.

If added to the app, this feature would also need to work with "Get Y" discounts.
For example, if you have a "Buy X, Get Y," it would become possible for the user to say, "Apply the discount to the lowest priced Y product," instead of just "the first Y product we find."
