Example case:
* Original price = 51.99
* 20% discount = 10.398 off
* Shopify will round the discount to 10.39
But 10.39 / 51.99 is 19.88% off. Rounding to 10.40 (up to the nearest cent would be closer to 20% at approximately 20.0038%.

For many online retailers, this rounding function is really important especially for countries that don’t use decimal price much.
Shopify can only adjust the decimal point when changing currency, it can’t use for the shop original currency.
