Option to make deleted discount rules section collapsible

It would be great to have the ability to collapse the section where deleted discounts are listed. Currently, deleted discounts still appear in the list, which can clutter the view and make it harder to manage active discounts. A collapsible section would enhance organization and improve user experience.
